Global Purpose Approach (GPA), founded by Dr. Tarece Johnson-Morgan is a premier consulting service dedicated to multicultural awareness, appreciation, humility, and respect. GPA is built on the foundation of moral consciousness to do what is right for / by all people. We are dedicated to ensuring your organization operates with integrity embracing humanity. Our work centers on courageously doing the individual work (personal growth), organizational work (dismantling structures of unfairness), and systemic work (eliminating systems that do not honor civil and human rights).
