We aim to empower individuals, organizations, and communities to authentically and courageously embrace diversity, equality, equity, inclusion, justice, healing, belonging, and liberation (DEEIJHBL) principles. LEARNING FACILITATION

  • Teaching & Learning – Interactive workshops designed to deepen understanding of DEEIJHBL (diversity, equality, equity, inclusion, justice, healing, belonging, and liberation)

  • Training Series – Structured learning programs available in:
    • 1 Full Day, 2 Days, 3 Days, or 1 Week
  • Ongoing Consulting / As-Needed Consultations

DAYCARES, K-12 SCHOOLS, & HIGHER EDUCATION

  • Working with Daycares, Schools & Universities – Programs tailored to early childhood, K-12, and higher education institutions to create equitable learning environments.

  • Internalized Racism Training for BIPOC – "Free Your Mind" – A specialized workshop to help Black, Indigenous, and People of Color recognize and deconstruct internalized racism and oppression.
